After spending a long holiday, on Saturday 29 April 2023 PUK SP RTMM SPSI PT. Intim Harmonis Foods Industri held a Halal Bihalal event. This event has not been held for a long time due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and in 2023 it will be held again because the pandemic status has become endemic. Along with the revocation of PPKM, the community, especially employees of PT. Intim Harmonis Foods Industri, made the most of this moment to connect with colleagues.
The event started at 07.00 WIB until 12.00 WIB and was attended by approximately 420 people divided into employees, PUK members, and representatives from management. At the beginning of the event, the MC invited the Chairperson of PUK (Mr. Faisal Effendy) and representatives from management (Mr. Winarso, SH) to give speeches considering that this event was still in the moment of Eid. In addition, he also motivated employees to increase their sense of belonging to the company. The main highlight of the event was the lively entertainment and hospitality program.
From holding events like this, the company hopes that it can increase the bonds of brotherhood between employees and make employees more united. The employees were also happy and really enjoyed an event like this, especially since Eid is the right moment to just get together and apologize to each other. After the event was over, the employees who were not on duty that day immediately returned to their homes while those on duty returned to their work.
